Role purpose

Study and provide the solution of problems and technical issues raised by Internet subscribers  and the staff to ensure quality Internet service within the frames of management tasks and instructions.

Key responsibilities

Supporting Internet subscribers

  • Accepting Internet subscribers' complaints transferred by contact center, revealing the reasons of the problems and solving them.

Maintaining internal network of HQ

  • Installing computers.
  • Installing operational systems.
  • Troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth work of computers.

Maintaining video cameras

  • Installing  video cameras.
  • Routine check of video cameras and troubleshooting
  • Updating video camera software

Reporting and paperwork

  • Submitting monthly reports according to the internal procedures

Other functions

  • Provide working relationship with other Units' employees.
  • Replacing another Specialist within the same Unit.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Knowledge of the Armenian, Russian and English languages.
  • Good knowledge of Windows XP, 7, 8, MS Office.
  • Higher education (BA) in the field of information systems.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of information systems.
